This supplementary Service Manual has been prepared to introduce new services and data to the YZF-R6S/YZF-R6SC. For full-service information procedures, it is necessary to use this supplementary service alongside the following manual Manual.

This manual is intended as a practical and easy to read for the mechanical reference book. Detailed explanations of all installation, removal, disassembly, Assembly, repair and review procedures are established with the individual steps in sequential order.

1. The manual is divided into chapters. An abbreviation and symbol in the upper right corner of each page indicate the current chapter. See "Symbols".
2. Each chapter is divided into sections. The title of the current section is displayed at the top of each page, except in Chapter 3 ("periodic checks and adjustments"), where the subsection title (s) PA pears.
3 Subsection titles appear in print smaller than the section title.
4. To help identify parts and clarify the procedure steps, there are diagrams exploited at the beginning of each section dismantling and disassembly.
5. The numbers are given in the order of jobs in the exploded diagram. A number in a circle indicates a disassembly step.
6. The symbols indicate lubricated parts or replaced. See "Symbols".
7. A graph of work instruction accompanying the diagram exploded, providing the order of the jobs, names of pieces, notes on jobs, etc.
8 Jobs that require more information (such as special tools and technical data) are described sequentially.
